Normalizing Mental Health

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  You can call 661-375-7166 and I can help you with this. If you chose to check on your coverage, please start by carefully asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I am a provider for Cigna, Kern Legacy and I also provide out-of-network care for Anthem and Kaiser. If you do not see your insurance carrier listed, please email me your information as I am continuously adding insurances.  

Full rate session is $180.00. Initial Assessment is 200.00. I also offer packaged rates for the more specialized care. Please see Neurofeedback.  

 Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards are accepted for payment. If I am not on your insurance panel and you have out-of-network benefits I do provide you with a receipt at the end of each session.  

For those clients using a debit/credit card I utilize IVY Pay which is a HIPPA  compliant form of payment. 

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

If you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $50.00. For more information see the Cancellation Policy under the Forms tab.
